The BritCham Education Centre frequently organises educational visits to schools and universities in Indonesia. In August 2023, we are organising a series of sessions with the Singapore International School in Pantai Indah Kapuk (SIS-PIK). On this occasion, we have four distinct visits in collaboration with speakers from the University of Liverpool, the University of Hull, and Teesside University.
During our last session at SIS-PIK (01/08), we collaborated with Teesside University, one of our university partners. Ronnie Chai, the assistant to the regional manager of Teesside University, was invited as the guest speaker. Ronnie Chai provided an explanation about UK culture and emphasised the advantages of studying in the UK, making it an ideal destination for education. The students showed a high level of excitement regarding the topic and demonstrated a keen interest in gaining further knowledge about UK universities, particularly Teesside University.
