LEAD (Leaders Enrichment, Attachment, and Development) Program 2025 by LPDP

BritCham Indonesia and Prudential Indonesia were honoured to support LEAD Jabodetabek 2025, a dynamic gathering of LPDP awardees and alumni held at Ruang Apung UI.

Representing us was our newly elected Board Member and Chief Legal & Government Affairs Officer of Prudential, Bu Mercy Francisca Hutahaean (Cisca), who delivered an insightful session drawing from her extensive experience. She emphasised the role of education in advancing careers and the importance of key skills such as English, technology, communication, and critical thinking—while encouraging a growth mindset in navigating today’s evolving workforce.
